The agreement between you and AtaForge Inc. for using Cheffans as a fan.
What this covers
- Who may hold an account: you must be 18 or over to pay for anything, and your email must be verified before any payment.
- How the wallet works: it is closed-loop US dollar credit, funded only by web top-up, spendable only on Cheffans, and never cashed out to you.
- What a booking is, when money moves, and the cancellation and refund rules already published on the fees page.
- What you agree not to do, which is the content policy, and what happens when you do it.
- How we may change these terms, and your right to re-accept or stop using the service.
